For people who believe in this, Elwandore is a nation.

Each Tribe falls under one Main Royal Family, and a Royal Family can have one, two, or more branches.

Clause 1.2:

These Royal Families make major decisions within the Tribe, which are respected by its people.

Clause 1.3:

Royal Families must also join Elwandore meetings.

Clause 1.4:

These Royal Families are chosen by the tribes through votes to ensure that ruling remains fair.

Every member of the tribe has full rights or a chance to rule.

Article-II

Elwandore National Council

EN Council, also known as ENC (Elwandore National Council), was established on June 15, 2025. It is run by the head of ENC, President Elwin Dehram. ENC is the primary and superior council of Elwandore that manages governance and sets rules so the nation can run smoothly without troubleshooting. This constitution of Elwandore is written under ENC by Head President Elwin Dehram. ENC works as the international court for Elwandore, including all Tribes, to maintain fair treatment. ENC is the main pillar and most important part of Elwandore.

Clause 2:

ENC sets all the guidelines and rules for the nation and its Tribes.

Article-III

ENC's Relation with Tribes

New Tribes in Elwandore can form due to a growing population, cultural expectations, or other factors.

Clause 3:

By following ENC guidelines, new Tribes can be created with their own structure and culture, which are later handed over to Royal Families.

Clause 3.1:

These Royal Families are often chosen by the Tribes themselves and stay connected to ENC on behalf of the Tribes.

Clause 3.2:

Royal Families manage the Tribes, while ENC manages the Tribes and Royal Families together. ENC acts as the father figure of Elwandore.

Article-IV

Citizens' Rights

Clause 4:

Anyone can join and apply for citizenship in Elwandore. Citizens can join any Tribes based on their interest and what they believe they stand for.

Clause 4.1:

Tribes and Families can approve or reject the application based on the constitution and laws available in that Tribe. Once a citizen joins a Tribe, moving to a different Tribe can be tricky due to internal affairs inside the Tribe. The Constitution of Elwandore and ENC does not define detailed citizens' rights because citizens belong to the Tribes they join, and each Tribe has its own constitution and citizens' rights, which may vary.
