The Elwandore Voting System

In Elwandore, your skills, mindset, behavior, and alignment with the nation’s purpose are the most important factors that influence your growth. However, the Voting System adds a powerful layer of community-driven progression.

Each rank category in Elwandore has its own independent voting system to decide who deserves to be promoted — based on performance, contribution, and connection with the community.

Citizens vote on who among them should be promoted to Workers.
Workers vote on who should advance to Managers.
Managers vote on potential future Elites based on merit, leadership, and vision.
Elites oversee special votes and strategic decisions when required.

These four voting systems — Citizen Voting, Worker Voting, Manager Voting, and Elite Voting — are not connected to each other and operate independently within their own ranks.

📋 Voting occurs every 15 days (twice a month), ensuring that only the most consistent, talented, and purpose-driven individuals rise through the ranks. This timeframe gives people enough opportunity to prove themselves — and prevents rapid, undeserved promotion.
